Work Begins at Northcote Park, Langho

We are very proud of our new luxury development set within 13 acres of just 42 homes, including 29 4 & 5 bedroom detached in a range of both render and stone facing finish. Located in Langho Village, in the Ribble Valley, within walking distance of the train station which has direct links to both Manchester in just over an hour and in the opposite direction Clitheroe within 15 mins. We have had an overwhelming response to the development, with one of the first plots which enjoys views over the Longridge Fells already being reserved and sold even before the official launch of the development.
The design of Northcote Park shows much attention to detail, with several open public spaces, private individual gated driveways and a mixture of boundaries which will be totally in keeping with the area. There are six different house types to choose from, some existing and some brand new designs which we are very excited about, especially The Bingham, with feature apex windows and beautiful vaulted ceilings.
Work has now started at the site, the first home is due to be ready for occupation in the Summer of 2020 and the completion of phase one will be towards the end of next year.
