What would it cost to attain a Pringle specification in your home?

Buying a new home is an exciting time. Wandering around a beautiful and cleverly thought out show house; looking through brochures that are selling your dream, mulling over all the advantages of buying a brand new home —it fuels our passion to look into a new house purchase further. Visualising floor plans, imagining how the space would work for you and your family, browsing through the optional extra fixtures and fittings – wouldn’t you love them all? Most importantly, you know you must remain grounded, work out how to get the best value for money on this, one of the biggest expenditures most of us ever make.
We make no apologies for the fact that we build large, luxurious, four and five bedroomed houses on small developments, which provide you with privacy and exclusivity. We focus on quality over quantity. We search for and secure land in highly sought after locations. We sell our houses to people who are looking for a superior quality new home, with exceptional build quality and a high specification finish but who want value for their money. We have done a lot of the leg-work for you, working out what comes as standard in other developments* and obtaining prices to upgrade to a similar specification of a Pringle home.
