SOLD – Discount To Market Value Homes at Plumpton Field

We were very pleased to have been able to offer for sale 6 affordable homes at our Plumpton Field development in Woodplumpton. We were able to sell two of these homes, through the Preston City Council ‘discount to market value scheme’ and the remaining 4 homes have been sold to a local housing association where they will be offered for sale on a shared ownership basis. This is a great way for First Time Buyers and young families to get on the property ladder, within a village location close to great schools.
