The first 10 homes within phase 1 have now all SOLD and completed, we have also sold and exchanged on 5 of the 9 homes in phase 2 which is great news ! Our Early Bird Reservation on Plot 29 has now turned into a full reservation after it was released last week. There are just two plots currently for sale Plot 9, The Grantley £850,000 and Plot 27, The Bingham £950,000. Phase 3 will include the last 10 homes on the development, all of which have Early Bird Reservations on them currently. We are due to release Phase 3 early next year when the clients who have placed Early Bird Reservations on them will get the first option to fully reserve.
